Projects Development

SOSDO supports the donors, implementing partners, government, and non-government institutions/organizations in designing and developing their initiatives; draw the criteria for identifying the targeted territories and beneficiaries; and contribute to the development of the project document, workplan and activities.
As we acknowledge the restrictions that our partners (donors, UN and implementing agencies) face to access to the field due to the local security situation, we provide and lead our partners’ field consultations, assessments, and analysis missions during the entire project cycles.
We follow an inclusive and holistic approach – in line with our partners’ guidelines- that ensure the participation of all different stakeholders in the process of project development. This may include- but not only:
•Consultation with the stakeholders, local administrations, societies, and government to identify their respective priorities.
•Developing clear and evidence-based criteria for the selecting and mapping the targeted areas and beneficiaries.
•Carryout the necessary and required assessments, analyses, and studies. • Select the best approaches and modalities to implement the different projects’ phases and activities.
